Students who are experiencing financial hardship or facing unexpected emergencies that significantly impact their living conditions are eligible to apply.

 Application Period: From now until March 20, 2026

 Application Method: Please submit all required documents to the department office during office hours.

 Required Documents:

1. Application form
2. Official academic transcripts (original copy)
3. A personal statement (within 300 words)
4. Supporting documents (e.g., proof of financial hardship, low-income status, emergency situation, or serious illness affecting family financial conditions)
